Deep maroon hue with a ruby rim. Expressive nose of ripe plums and toasted spice, Christmas cake with cinnamon and dark cherries. Violets, black olive, umami and tobacco hints carries through to the palate. Full bodied texture with lingering tannins, finishing into a silky-smooth tipple

Blend: 85% Shiraz,  11% Mourvedre, 4% Viognier

Alcohol : 14.50%.
